Time to enjoy South Florida

StaffBy StaffFebruary 9, 2017Updated:June 24, 2017No Comments2 Mins Read

Many Americans have discovered the joys of South Florida during the winter time, but you don’t have to be a snow bird or a South Beach groupie to enjoy it. The weather during this time of year is mostly perfect, and there are so many great spots in addition to Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

Many of us who can work from anywhere have discovered how easy it can be to head south and spend time in paradise while also working as well during the winter months. Many have this opportunity but they don’t even realize it, particularly those in professions where they provide services to clients like accountants and attorney. You can plan an actual vacation for the first several weeks of January, and then stay even longer while you work. Just tell your clients that meetings that month will be done over the phone, if necessary.

There’s a huge apartment and condo boom at the moment here as well as more people discover the area. Of course this area goes through booms and busts so you need to be careful, but you don’t have to own to enjoy Florida. So many units are available for sublets, and services such as Airbnb offer even more alternatives.

So take a look at the photo above and ask yourself if you really need to endure another snow storm before escaping for a bit to the sunshine?
