We’ve reached one of those inflection points in history where people will mark periods of time before and after an event. The launch of ChatGPT and the emergence of generative AI is one of those events. This is going to change everything.
It will change how you work. If you aren’t already exploring how tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney will impact your work, you should start immediately. The tools are amazing. If you do any writing at work, your job just became easier. That’s great in one way. But now your job may be easier to replace. Remember, your competition here won’t be the AI, it will be someone else who knows how to use AI tools better than you.
Think of every app you use today. Soon, all of them will be incorporating AI. You will interact with many apps with plain language commands. The AI and apps will be able to access information instantly.
